What are the Play all and Shuffle tracks functions?
The Play all function, when selected, will play all tracks in the order they appear in the track listing, from first to last.
The Shuffle tracks function acts just like the normal shuffle function available in standard music players; all of the tracks within a track listing will be played in a random order.
How does the loop function work?
Firstly, select any track in a track listing to bring up the detailed player screen.
On this page, below the track name, you will see a horizontal line with black nodes on either end, along with a red tracking dot that moves from left to right across the screen to mark the progress of the audio as the music plays.
The black nodes are the loop markers and serve to create an audio loop between the start marker (left) and the end marker (right). However, the loop function will only activate if one of the markers is moved.
To move one of the markers, place your finger on it and slide it along the black line.
If you move the start marker (left node), the red tracking dot will move to meet it and the music will automatically start playing from that point. Once the audio hits the end marker, it will return to the start marker.
Likewise, if you move the end marker (right node) forward, the audio will return to the start marker once the red dot reaches it.
Once a loop is engaged, it will repeat indefinitely until you either return the loop markers to their original positions at the ends of the black line, or skip to the next track.
The loop function is available for all music tracks within FEIS.
Some of the music tracks appear greyed out. Why?
The FEIS Starter and FEIS Standard packages offer limited musical content.
If you have selected the FEIS Starter package then the greyed out tracks can not be accessed.
If you have selected FEIS Standard then greyed out tracks can be unlocked for $0.99 each.
There are no greyed out tracks for FEIS Premium customers as all music content is available.
You can view all of the features available to FEIS Starter, FEIS Regular and FEIS Premium customers within the Subscription section. Subscriptions can be upgraded at any time.

How many devices can I access the FEIS app from at one time?
Even though you may install the FEIS app on multiple devices, you can only be logged into the FEIS app on one device at a time with your account.
I have FEIS installed on multiple devices, but can't access my purchased content on all of them. Why?
In-app purchases and subscriptions are tied to a particular Apple ID (iOS) or Google Play account (Android). To access your purchased content on multiple devices, you need to make sure that the Apple ID or Google Play account under which the purchases were made is active on all of those devices. You can only be logged in on one device at a time.
